What is it for?
- Working through unconscious behaviours and fears that get in the way of your effectiveness (e.g. fear of rejection, fear of loss of control, fear of losing, fear of not being good enough, etc)
- Learning how to work with and master your use of primary emotions (fear, anger, sorrow, joy) in a way that is conscious and inside your awareness
- Boundary management for healthier relationships
- Learning how to reconcile parts of the self that are in conflict with each other
- Healing attachment wounds
- Working in a healthy way with power dynamics
- Learning to calm the inner critic and executioner
- Working with shame
- Building self esteem and emotional safety through re-parenting practices
Who is it for?
- People looking to feel more secure and resilient
- People looking to unleash their potential
- Leaders looking to see how their shadow might be impacting their leadership
- Women in STEM dealing with power dynamics
- People experiencing anxiety and stress
- People experiencing anger and resentment
- People experiencing grief and emotional numbness
- People with unhealthy relationships
- People feeling stuck in life
- People with a desire to peer into their emotional world
How does it work?
- Emotional Hygiene coaching is a body centered approach to building awareness of self and emotions (not a talk fest)
- It is a co-creation between the client and the coach to test and observe our inner and outer reactions to simple experiments
- We see what we can learn together and look for “emotional medicine” that brings safety, trust or integration
- Each session is different and focuses on present moment issues rather than a goal centered approach
